This was my favorite house for half a day last week. I didn't post pictures of it because it has a number of offers and they've been counter-offering. The bank told us we could still slip "our best offer" in so that tells me they don't have a full price offer. With 4 offers in though, and them countering, I'm betting they're darn close. This house is the 3rd duplicate of "The Big House". Identical floor plan to the two other big houses. It has 2,444 square feet and the lot is listed at an identical 6,098 sq ft. Tira might remember this house as the house with the big sand box/litter box in the back yard.

It has landscaping, a swingset, but no views. It has a very nice patio and porch. Identical to the "Big House w/ Porch" except this porch is a few feet longer and extends past the house to the fence. The porch cover is exactly the same on both houses. This one looks roomier on the side because the neighbors house is set back a tiny bit but the lots are identical. This one has a nice sidewalk going around the house.

Address is 3801 Canary Creek, 2,444 sq ft; 6,098 sq ft lot, asking $235,000. 15,000 more than big house w/ porch.
