I guess I should introduce us before I get too carried away, after all you might not know me or Tira, yet. (however unlikely that is :-)
My name is Scott and My wife is Tira. We have three lovely children named Heather, Melanie, and Nicholas. They were born in '90, '92 and '94. Our life is pretty simple, I'm in the Air Force and am stationed at Grand Forks AFB, which is near the town of Grand Forks in the northwest corner of North Dakota. Tira is a student at the University of North Dakota and is working on her teaching degree. She was awarded her Associates degree in 2003 from the University of Maryland.
We moved here in Jul 2004 from Japan. In Japan, we were stationed at Misawa AB, which of course is in Misawa City. Misawa is one of the larger towns (not a big deal) in the Aomori Prefecture, the furthest north Prefecture on the Island of Honshu, the main island of Japan.
We moved to Japan In July 2001 from Scott AFB near Belleville Illinois.
Before IL we were stationed at Fairchild AFB. It's a beautiful area up there, the closest town is Spokane Washington.
In March 1998 we moved there from Eielson AFB, Fairbanks, Alaska.
We lived in Alaska for 4 years, and arrived there in 1989 from Tinker AFB, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
